Information we collect

We keep collection to what the product needs to work:

• Account information — such as your name and email address, provided when you accept an invitation and create an account.
• Assessment responses — the answers you give when you take an assessment, and the archetype and trait results derived from them.
• Usage data — basic activity such as which features you use and your progress, so we can build and improve your growth plan.
• Contact inquiries — when you use our contact form, we collect your email address, your answers, and basic source details such as the page, referring site, or campaign that brought you there.
• Security data — we use a pseudonymous marker derived from your connection address to limit automated abuse. Your contact inquiry does not store the address itself.

How we use your information

We use your information to run Thrive Ever and personalize it for you: to score your assessments, generate and update your growth plan, and power the AI companion and practice simulations. We use contact-form information to respond to your inquiry and manage that conversation. We also use aggregate, non-identifying activity to understand what is working and improve the product.

The AI features send relevant parts of your content to an AI model provider to generate responses. We do not use your personal content to advertise to you.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate Thrive Ever, and only as needed to provide the service.

How we protect and keep your data

Access to your data is restricted with row-level security so that, by default, you can only reach your own records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with sensible safeguards.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the platform, including:

• A cloud hosting and database provider for authentication and data storage.
• An email provider to send account and product messages.
• An AI model provider to power the assessment insights, companion, and simulations.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To make a request, email us at dev@thriveever.ai.
